These are some links to some library websites I like and have visited in the past.
State Library Of Victoria
I really like the State Library website because it has a vast range of information about Victoria. I enjoy reading about the history of Victoria and Melbourne and how the library has preserved it. I like how on the website has links from the community, which includes blogs and posts. I really like the State Library, I've visited it many times, and the website is very easy to use. I really like the background of the State Library. I really like the 'Ask A Librarian' section they have up.
ACMI
Acmi is good place to find old Australian television shows and movies. They include all the exhibitions that are on at ACMI at the moment. It also has a variety of information, the website doesn't have any lag, and it quickly to gets to anything you need. You know me I enjoyed anything from back in the day. It also has the Hollywood costume display on, which is pretty rad! I haven't found anything I dislike about the ACMI website.
Maribyrnong Library
This is my local library. I spent most of childhood here reading and hanging out. They give you information on how to use computers and how to use mobile deceives. They have a massive catalogue, and they're pretty okay with renewing items a few times. The staff are helpful and lovely. They show films which as multicultural backgrounds. I find the website very clunky as well. The library website is very laggy, and it takes a while to load some basic pages.
National Library Of Australia
This is a given. Everyone should the NLA as a link, it's an amazing library with an amazing Australian collection. The easy is very easy to use, it allows to do searches on every little things. On the website you can even do a family history search, who knows I could be related to a convict without even knowing. (I most likely will be)
Honston Bay
Hobstons Bay library is really good website, it actually is better than most libraries websites. They include an I want section with all the things you need at your finger tips. They also have Zinio with free magazine downloads. And they include a massive language section. The catalogue for hobston is pretty good. They have links to a facebook page, a twitter and even a youtube channel with videos about how to use the self check out system! The only thing that annoys me about this website is that it can be laggy.
